Chris Faber’s journey into public adjusting began with a passion for helping people through some of the most difficult moments of their lives. After spending 23 years working for national insurance companies, including several years in leadership roles, Chris realized that property owners often needed more support and representation when filing insurance claims. Determined to make a difference, he transitioned to become a public adjuster, using his insider knowledge to benefit homeowners and business owners, not corporations.
In 2024, Jo Faber joined the firm full-time. She brings more than 25 years of experience handling complex claims for national insurance companies and law firms. A certified Fraud Claim Law Specialist (FCLS), Jo shares Chris’s commitment to justice and her deep industry expertise strengthens every claim we handle.
